Technical Services Specialist

We’re Hiring: Technical Service Specialist (Junior) – Italy JinkoSolar is looking for a Technical Service Specialist (Junior) to join our team in Italy. This position is ideal for a technically oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction and wants to grow in a dynamic, international renewable energy company. About the Role As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be a key technical interface between JinkoSolar and our customers, supporting the Sales team with technical expertise, contributing to the development of new products and services, and ensuring that all technical aspects are properly addressed. Your main responsibilities will include: • Providing technical support to customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings; • Collaborating with the Sales team to identify customer needs and develop solutions; • Conducting site visits to assess and troubleshoot equipment issues; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, physics); • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or related field; • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and their applications; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
