Technical Services Specialist - Canada

We are looking for a Technical Services Specialist to join our team in Canada. The Technical Services Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the successful deployment and operation of our technology, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services. **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients. * Install, configure, and maintain Mine Vision Systems hardware and software. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Conduct training sessions for clients. * Develop and maintain technical documentation. * Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and usability. * Travel to client sites as required. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline). * 3+ years of experience in a technical support role. * Strong understanding of networking and IT infrastructure. * Experience with Linux operating systems. * Experience with SQL databases. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel. * Experience in the mining industry is a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the mining industry * Dynamic and collaborative work environment
