Your day at NTT DATA The Collaboration Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for providing technical support to internal stakeholders across the organization. This role will be part of the TS team, which is responsible for ensuring that all systems, applications, and tools are properly integrated and functioning as intended. Key responsibilities include: • Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on system integration and configuration issues. • Collaborating with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to system integration. • Developing and maintaining documentation of system integrations and configurations. • Participating in the development and implementation of new systems, applications, and tools. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that NTT DATA remains at the forefront of innovation. • Collaborating with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to system integration. • Developing and maintaining documentation of system integrations and configurations. • Participating in the development and implementation of new systems, applications, and tools. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that NTT DATA remains at the forefront of innovation. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience in system integration and configuration. • Strong understanding of technical systems, applications, and tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. • Certification in ITIL or other relevant certifications is a plus.
