Technical Service Specialist_Industrial Automation

Rheinmetall Italia S.p.A is looking for a Technical Service Specialist to be inserted within the CIE - Central Industrial Engineering area, at its Fossacesia site. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all customer requests are met in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Automation or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of industrial automation systems, programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB, and experience with control systems, sensors, and actuators is required. Familiarity with PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems is an asset. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities are essential.
