Technical Service for SW & HW Systems

We are looking for a passionate technology enthusiast, eager to get involved in installing, administering and maintaining POS systems and IT infrastructure, as part of national projects.

You will be part of a dynamic team and provide support to our retail clients.

As part of our team, you will:

• Install, configure and maintain POS systems and IT networks (hardware and software)
• Provide technical support and training to users
• Install, configure and administer electronic label systems in stores
• Ensure data security and optimal system functioning for clients
• Integrate equipment and technologies into existing networks
• Prioritize and resolve technical interventions, even in urgent situations
• Travel to client locations across the country for installations and interventions

We are looking for:

• Basics knowledge of network administration, hardware and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• A real desire to learn and develop professionally
• Teamwork skills, seriousness and promptness
• Availability for travel across the country
• A driving license category B
• Excellent communication skills in English
