Technical Service Engineer

In this role you will: The role and responsibility of Technical Service personnel includes but not limited to the following: Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training for technicians; Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to inverter installations; Providing technical support to customers through phone, email or on-site visits; Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into our products.
