Technical Service Engineer (Medical Imaging/Laboratory - MNC)

Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. Identify and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment and instruments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. Conduct on-site visits to perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. Train customers on the proper usage and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through prompt response times and effective resolution of technical issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers. Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in medical imaging and laboratory equipment.
