LeadRealizer Solutions GmbH from Cologne is building AI-native software that makes B2B companies visible and transforms visibility into revenue. Founded in August 2024, we work with clients in the DACH region and India – remote-first, international, and very close to the customer.

• RankRealizer – AI-SEO and GEO Engine: Websites rank on Google and are cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

• SalesRealizer – EU-compliant outbound for predictable pipeline.

• LeadRealizer App – Agentic AI CRM for Sales Execution.

We combine product, service, and automation: Our customers don't get tools to do it themselves, but results, driven by software, workflows, and a small, fast team from Cologne, Romania, Portugal, and India.

The Role

As a Technical SEO & GEO Specialist, you will be responsible for the organic and AI visibility of our clients, from strategy to implementation. You will implement changes yourself in Webflow and in code, use AI to massively accelerate SEO and development work, and be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking and English-speaking clients.

You will also lead the rollout of RankRealizer into our own delivery processes, meaning you won't just work with the product, you'll shape it.

Your Tasks

• Develop and manage SEO and GEO strategies for client mandates (visibility in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews)

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement measures directly in Webflow and in code

• Build and further develop client websites and web apps

• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) daily to scale SEO and development work

• Integrate AI-powered features into client projects (AI APIs, chatbots, automations)

• Lead the rollout of RankRealizer into our processes and provide feedback to the product team

• Main point of contact for German-speaking and English-speaking clients: meetings, reporting, expectation management

• Help build SOPs and workflows for mandate management

What You Bring

• At least 2–3 years of SEO practice (technical and on-page) with measurable success

• At least 1–2 years of Webflow with live projects including technical SEO implementation

• Practical GEO experience for visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews

• Solid experience with SEO tools such as Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Sistrix

• Fluent German and English for confident support of our German-speaking and English-speaking clients

• Practical use of AI tools in daily work and a desire to build AI features

• You quickly adapt to new tools and drive their adoption yourself

• Clear customer communication

Nice to have

• HTML/CSS fundamentals or own web projects (preferably with an active GitHub profile)

• Experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)

• Experience in the DACH market
