Technical Sales Support for our Munich Branch

Tasks

• Offer preparation for projects, LVs, and technical installations
• Quote tracking
• Correct application of minor quantity surcharges and delivery costs
• Technical support for sales and customers
• Support during commissioning and fault diagnosis on-site at the customer's premises
• Technical inquiries and delivery time inquiries to suppliers
• Price inquiries to suppliers for non-installed articles
• Closely coordinated work with the sales functions
• Support during inventory
• Functional support across departments to ensure a smooth sales process as needed (RefBuster)

Qualification

• Preferrably completed technical training, focus on refrigeration and climate technology, preferably with a completed master's title or equivalent
• Fundamental professional experience in the installation of refrigeration and climate technology
• Knowledge of an ERP system in the area of inventory management
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Readiness to acquire additional qualifications and ongoing further education
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Teamwork, reliability, stress tolerance
• Self-reliant and meticulous working style
