- Technical Sales Support to Responsible Sales Managers and Customers
- Providing technical and product support to our customers.
- Offer preparation by utilization of CRM, Compono and Configurator
- Active Order management and tracking of cost and delivery time of international orders
- Order specific contact person from inquiry until delivery of pumps (Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Customer)
- Execution of warranty cases in coordination with Service
- Tasks according to Sales and Order Execution Process
