Migration Masters is a professional migration consultancy firm based in Brisbane CBD, providing visa and immigration advisory services to individuals and businesses across Australia and internationally. We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Representative (nec) to join our growing team.
Position Details
- Position Title: Technical Sales Representative (nec)
- Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
- Location: Level 22, 127 Creek Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000
- Salary: AUD $77000-$83000
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell migration consultancy services to prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide detailed technical information regarding visa pathways, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct client consultations and assess client suitability for migration services.
- Prepare tailored service proposals and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Liaise with internal migration agents and case managers to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor services, and changes in migration legislation.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably in professional services, legal, education, or migration consultancy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration pathways (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to interpret and communicate complex regulatory information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach.
