Technical Sales Manager

Sacco System for Commercial Direction Italy, we are looking for a Food Technical Sales Manager, responsible for managing clients and distributors in the Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Romagna regions. Activities performed and Responsibilities - Develop and maintain solid technical-commercial relationships with clients and distributors within one's area of competence - Identify new commercial opportunities, in terms of services proposed and/or clients - Define and execute a commercial strategy agreed upon to ensure the achievement of budget objectives - Support clients in every aspect of the process, from raw material analysis to final product results - Participate in local and international fairs Knowledge - Bachelor's degree or three-year degree in Food Science and Technology; prior professional experience in the relevant sector constitutes a plus - Knowledge of technological coadjutants, ingredients, and additives used in the dairy casein industry - Knowledge of milk transformation processes (e.g. production of hard, soft, semi-soft, yogurt, and fermented milk) - Ability to manage machines/equipment, devices, and plants for cheese production. Skills - Commercial experience matured in the dairy-casein sector - Strong orientation towards results with keen organizational skills - Excellent communication and relational skills at all company levels - Attitude towards teamwork and inter-functional collaboration - Dynamic, proactive, and initiative-oriented personality Workplace: Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Romagna Sector: Food industry Role: Commercial/Sales Type of employment: Indefinite contract
