The successful candidate will support agents and work directly with growers to expand sales, provide technical guidance and implement field trials. Key Crop: Maize, Soybean, Sunflower, Wheat. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to agents and growers on crop management, pest control, and disease management. • Conduct field trials to demonstrate the effectiveness of our products. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural industry. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and product promotions. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. • Manage and report on sales performance, including setting targets and monitoring progress. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the agricultural industry. • Provide training and support to agents and growers on product usage and best practices. • Identify and address any gaps or areas for improvement in our sales strategy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business initiatives. • Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal stakeholders, agents, and growers. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements. • Provide input on product development and improvement based on customer feedback and market insights.
