Technical Sales Development Specialist / Manager (m/f/d)

To strenghten BICO's commercial operations across Asia, we are looking for a driven Technical Sales Development Specialist / Manager (m/f/d). This position will drive lead qualification and conversion across diagnostics, omics, CLD, and biotech and will execute targeted campaigns in underpenetrated markets. The role can be based in our Singapore office, or in designated sales territories in Japan, Korea, India or Southeast Asian countries. BICO's Life Science Solutions product portfolio encompasses a wide range of innovative products and services that enable researchers to accelerate their discovery processes. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Asia. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
