Mission of the Job:
Act as Technical Representative, focusing on planning engineering activities, monitoring indicators, and providing technical support to teams. You will be the link between operational and strategic teams, ensuring that directions are well understood, structured, and executed.
Main Responsibilities:-
Provide technical support to the engineering planning area.

Monitor indicators and ensure alignment between plans and execution.

Support the team in organizing demands, budget, and technical priorities.

Act as a facilitator between technical, operational, and management areas.

Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.

Participate in technical meetings and represent the area in internal and external forums.

Degree in Engineering or related fields.

Good organizational and analytical skills.

Knowledge of planning, indicators, and technical routines.

Facility for communication and teamwork.

English.

Microsoft Office package and tracking tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Prior experience in engineering projects, planning, or technical areas.

Experience living in industrial or automotive environments.

Nostrums of budget management, purchases, or technical negotiation.
