Let’s make it happen ! Title: Technical Recruiter (US IT Staffing ) No of positions: 3 Location: Anywhere in India / Remote. Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore are preferred Compensation: Competitive ( Base Excellent commission ) Required Qualifications: 2 to 6 years of IT Technical Recruiting experience in US staffing companies or similar industries. Strong understanding of the US job market and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are a plus.
