Job Description: · Must have core experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). · Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Prime Vendor and Direct Clients in the US. · Having experience in recruiting for Implementation Partners is a Plus. · Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame. · Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements like BA, Salesforce, AWS DevOps, Linux, Windows, SAP, Java, Dot Net, Full stack, etc · Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, CPT, H1B, etc. · Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders. · Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp). · Strong understanding of technical requirements. · Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. · Effective negotiating skills · The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization. · Benefits & Perks: · Two-way cab facility · Timely Incentives · Health Insurance Education Details: · Bachelor’s Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
