Technical Recruiter (Night Shift)

Essential Duties and responsibilities include: • Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for various roles. • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans. • Utilizing various tools and platforms to source, screen, and evaluate candidates. • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and interview results. • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
