Job Description: One Park Financial is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and attracting talent, and guiding candidates through the interview process. Responsibilities: * Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. * Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. * Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. * Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Extend job offers and negotiate compensation. * Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. * Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. * Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally within the FinTech space. * Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Experience with sourcing candidates through various channels. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Fluent in English and Spanish Benefits: * Competitive salary * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * A collaborative and supportive work environment
