Technical Recruiter

Summary: We're looking for a technical recruiter who'll be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, AI, Hardware, etc.). This role partners closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to deliver on Meta's hiring goals, focusing on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience. Required Skills: Technical Recruiter Responsibilities: 1. Manage full cycle recruitment processes for highly specialized technical roles; 2. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business needs; 3. Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to identify and prioritize job openings; 4. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks; 5. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit; 6. Manage the interview process, ensuring a fair and efficient evaluation of candidates; 7. Make recommendations for job offers and negotiate terms as needed; 8. Ensure timely and accurate tracking of recruitment metrics and KPIs; 9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, recruiters, and vendors; 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
