We are looking for dynamic IT Recruiters with experience in USA IT staffing to join our fast-growing organization Important - Looking for strictly experienced candidates, US SubCon hiring background only - NOT an HR position. Job Title: Experienced Technical Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site) Shift: Night Shift Work Timings: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST Experience: 5 Years Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions in the USA; • Conduct phone screens and interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for open positions; • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate flow and track progress; • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies; • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including IT companies and startups in the USA; • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT staffing; • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for candidate placements, client satisfaction, and revenue growth; • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts; • Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and stay current with industry developments.
