US IT Recruiter PST Shift (08:30 PM – 05:30 AM IST) Experience: 2-7 years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Pune. This onsite role requires working in PST shift hours and focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. Experience with MSP/VMS platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals for various technical roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from job posting to offer. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements. Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Negotiate offers and close candidates. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Maintain a strong network of IT professionals. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2-7 years of experience in IT recruitment. Proven ability to source, screen, and hire IT professionals. Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with MSP/VMS platforms is highly preferred.
