Tasks

• Operative support during construction measures and close cooperation with the management team on technical projects
• Organization, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel
• Requesting and comparing offers from external companies as well as creating a price spectrum
• Support and accompaniment during site visits and ongoing construction projects (e.g. new wellness area)
• Contact person for TÜV and safety inspections (e.g. elevators, fire protection, electrical systems)

Qualification

• Completed vocational training or (Fach-) university degree in the technical field (e.g. electrician, mechanical engineer, mechatronics engineer) or comparable degree
• Technical understanding, communication skills, and team ability
• Professional experience is a plus, but not a must
• Solution-oriented thinking
• Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and structured work style
• Responsibility in handling safety-relevant topics
