Job Summary: The Technical Project/Program Management II (E2) will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge of materials engineering and project management skills to drive successful outcomes. The E2 will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Materials Science, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance. Responsibilities: * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and budgets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. * Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects by monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. * Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in materials engineering and project management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry. * Strong understanding of materials engineering principles, including materials properties, processing techniques, and applications. * Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and budgets. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Materials Science, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance.
