Technical Project & Tenant Coordination Manager

Colosseum Mall is looking for a technical professional to coordinate tenant fit-out projects, space handover and takeover, and small and medium technical projects of the property. The role is part of the Development Department and reports to the Head of Development.

What you will coordinate:

Retail fit-out technical processes, from space handover to opening.
Technical calendars, documentation, comments, approvals, and project risks.
Small and medium technical projects, including brief, tendering, contracting, execution, acceptance, and close-out.
Space handovers and takeovers, inspections, minutes of meetings, and snag lists.
Suppliers, offers, and award recommendations, within the limits of internal procedures.
Guarantees, rectifications, reporting, and complete archiving in SharePoint.
Technical collaboration with Leasing, Operations/FM, Legal, Finance, tenants, designers, and contractors.

The right profile:

Completed higher technical studies.
Relevant experience in retail fit-out, tenant coordination, property development, construction, or technical project management.
Experience in simultaneously managing multiple small and medium projects.
Ability to read plans and work effectively with designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Understanding of tendering, contracting, acceptance, rectifications, guarantees, and close-out processes.
Practical, organized, firm working style, oriented towards the documented completion of tasks.
Microsoft Office and SharePoint; AutoCAD and project management applications are advantageous.
