We are seeking a talented Technical Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to delivery. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical program management, Agile methodologies, and strong communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines. • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting. • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and customers. • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or quality. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. • Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or business administration. • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on semiconductor or display technology. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in project management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
