Technical Project Manager (TPM) — Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Role Summary Owns end‑to‑end delivery of DXP modernization (Acquia Cloud React; PIM/DAM; CDP i18n), orchestrating cross‑functional squads (FE/BE, DevOps, Data/Integrations, QA, Design) to land releases on time, on budget, and to spec—while tying each milestone to measurable business outcomes (e.g., search efficacy, sample/RFQ conversion, Core Web Vitals, and analytics completeness) Must‑Have Qualifications 7–10 yrs leading end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects with multiple stakeholders; Proven track record of delivering high‑quality results on time and within budget; Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker); Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD); Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); Strong understanding of digital experience platforms (DXP) and their components; Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization; Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements; Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes; Ability to lead by example and motivate team members to achieve shared goals; Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello); Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN); Knowledge of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript); Understanding of cloud-based storage solutions (e.g., AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage);
