As a Technical Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be: • To lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and with the required quality. • To define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • To develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables. • To identify and mitigate risks, and to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of any changes or issues. • To manage and coordinate the work of team members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks. • To communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members. • To ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in a similar industry. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
