Technical Project Manager - KYC/AML System

• Contract role - with a view of extension
• Location : Singapore

• Lead and participate in the end-to-end system implementation of KYC and AI-related solutions, including integration with other AML systems.
• Drive pre-project planning activities such as architecture and functional specifications, delivery planning, technical design, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise design principles, security standards, and control requirements.
• Liaise with GTO teams and Business Users to explain complex technical solutions in an understandable manner.
• Oversee technical deliverables and ensure development works meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
• Plan and execute production cutovers, ensuring smooth transitions and adequate post-implementation support.
• Manage project issues, risks, and change requests, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support production issues through root cause analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with application teams and business users for SIT and UAT activities.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and projects.
  

• Proven experience managing end-to-end system implementation projects in KYC/AML systems and related AI integration.
• Strong technical project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Hands-on knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, and Java.
• Experience in system and software design, including UI/UX design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience in production support, deployment planning, and change management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across technology and business.
