Technical Project Manager

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. The client has successfully developed and deployed mobile-grade carrier platforms and digital technologies & services into multiple network operators & retail segments in South Africa and Africa. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration - Identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation strategies as needed - Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the project lifecycle - Collaborate with technical leads to define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Manage project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel allocation - Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from plan - Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards - Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
