Technical Project Manager (Heat Pumps & PV/BESS)

Tasks

• Self-responsible leadership, technical coordination, and monitoring of projects in the area of heat pumps as well as PV/BESS systems
• Preparation and maintenance of project plans including time schedules, budgets, and resource management
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and cost and deadline controlling
• Conducting feasibility studies and developing technical energy concepts for heat pump, solar, and storage solutions
• Steering and monitoring the installation and commissioning of heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and battery storage systems
• Analysis and optimization of the energetic performance as well as the self-consumption of property portfolios
• Tight cooperation with internal teams, external contractors, installation partners, and energy suppliers

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in the field of building technology, energy, or electrical engineering (e.g. heating planner, electrician, or comparable)
• At least 2 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the area of renewable energies
• In-depth knowledge in the area of heat pumps, heating and cooling systems, as well as basic understanding of PV and battery storage systems
• Experience in leading complex projects, preferably for commercial properties or industrial facilities
• Understanding of energy management, load profiles, and profitability analyses is advantageous
• Structured, self-responsible working style as well as excellent communication skills
