Technical Project Manager

We need a Technical Project Manager who can Lead end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite implementation for a manufacturing organization, coordinating technical teams in India and business users in Vietnam, with limited US-time-zone meetings as required. Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle: planning, requirements, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support. Coordinate work across Oracle EBS manufacturing modules (e.g., WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Order Management, Supply Chain Management). Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, including ERP, CRM, and other business applications. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements. Manage and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure successful implementation of Oracle EBS modules. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Coordinate training and knowledge transfer for end-users. Monitor and report on project metrics, including budget, schedule, and quality. Key Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and its manufacturing modules; experience in managing large-scale IT projects; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
