5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role leading complex IT projects in enterprise environments, ideally with a strong infrastructure or platform focus Solid background in IT infrastructure and performance engineering, including experience with high-availability, scalable, and mission-critical systems Hands-on understanding of relational databases, ideally MS SQL Server, including performance troubleshooting, query optimization, and capacity considerations Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, and experience with incident, problem, and change management processes Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
