Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver projects. * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process optimization. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry. * Strong technical skills in areas such as semiconductor manufacturing, materials science, or electrical engineering. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. * Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
