Technical Project Management and Continuous Improvement

We are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager and Continuous Improvement professional who will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and drive process improvements across our organization. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact projects that meet business objectives• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines• Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and customers• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes that benefit the organization• Analyze data to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical experts, and customers• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry• Strong technical skills in areas such as process control, automation, and data analysis• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
