Technical Project Leader TGA (m/w/d)

Job Description What You Can Expect: Independent control of construction, modernization, and maintenance measures with a focus on technical building equipment (TGA, e.g.: pipe renovations or modernization of heating systems) Planning and implementation of energy-efficient modernization measures, particularly accompanying and implementing portfolio-crossing projects such as "Hydraulic Balancing" and "Weather Forecast" to increase energy efficiency. Development and implementation of energy management systems, including the integration of building automation systems (BAS). Coordination with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and facility managers. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as DIN EN 12828. Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and resolving potential issues. Providing technical guidance to team members. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in building technology and energy efficiency. Identifying and implementing best practices for sustainable construction and operation of buildings. Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Providing regular project updates to stakeholders. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinating with internal departments, such as procurement, logistics, and finance. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and conflicts. Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Providing technical support to team members. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in building technology and energy efficiency. Identifying and implementing best practices for sustainable construction and operation of buildings.
