As a Technical Project & Integration Manager (m/f/d), you are the interface between customers, software development, and our platform. You translate requirements into technical solutions, test new features, and get to the bottom of technical questions.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• You manage demanding technical customer and integration projects – from requirement to implementation.
• You analyze customer processes and translate them into technical workflows, requirements, and system solutions.
• You structure and specify requirements for our external software development team.
• You define test cases, test new features, and take responsibility for validation and acceptance.
• You coordinate collaboration with customers, developers, and technical partners.
• You systematically analyze technical problems and assist with complex support and error cases.
• You configure and test on-board units, tablets, and smartphones and check their interaction with our platform.
• You develop reusable solutions, standards, and testing procedures instead of solving recurring problems anew each time.
• You document technical interrelationships and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
• You actively work on the further development and modernization of our platform and processes.

Qualification

You don't have to be a classic software developer. What's important to us is that you understand technical contexts, think analytically, and enjoy finding solutions.

• Very good technical understanding and enjoyment of delving into complex systems
• Experience with software testing, error analysis, system integration, or technical project management
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear technical requirements
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of collaboration with customers and software developers
• Initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills, Hungarian and Romanian a plus

Technically helpful: Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, databases, log analysis, SaaS systems, or scripting. Experience with telematics, vehicle data, or mobile Android devices is also welcome.

Programming skills are a plus, but not a requirement. What is crucial is that you understand technical contexts, can describe requirements precisely, and can reliably test and evaluate developed solutions.
