Title - Technical Program Manager with experience of Developer Relations (DevRel) Location- Guadalajara, MX Onsite Job Description: Responsibilities: • Enablement & Education: Lead the development of actionable playbooks, tutorials, and technical guides to create a scalable, self-service onboarding experience. • Advocacy & Feedback: Systematize user "Listening Tours" into a continuous feedback loop, acting as the "voice of the user" to the product team and mediating technical disputes. • Evangelism: Foster strong relationships with key developers, influencers, and industry leaders to drive adoption and growth. • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Developer Relations program, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably as a Technical Program Manager or similar. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and version control systems. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing.
