Technical Program Manager Location : Remote in Singapore Please note : Only candidates currently residing in Singapore with valid work authorization are eligible for this role The Role We're seeking a Technical Program Manager in Singapore to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across our engineering organization. You'll drive delivery of critical initiatives while building strong alignment between engineering, product, and business teams. What You'll Do Program Delivery (40%) Lead and manage multiple technical programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Develop and maintain program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and dependencies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed. Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment across teams. Track program progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Process Improvement (30%) Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and document program management best practices. Collaborate with other program managers to share knowledge and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering organization. Strategic Alignment (20%) Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program goals and objectives. Ensure program alignment with overall business strategy. Provide technical guidance and support to program teams. Contribute to the development of long-term technology roadmaps. Mentorship & Leadership (10%) Mentor and coach junior program managers. Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional program teams. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Contribute to the development of the program management community. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical programs. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with remote teams and distributed systems is a plus. Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
