Technical Production Manager (m/f/d) – Retail Campaigns

We are looking for a Technical Production Manager / Technical Buyer (all genders) in the area of retail and shop window campaigns for our team at the Stuttgart location, starting immediately.

• Technical Consultation: You will advise project management on technical customer inquiries for shop window campaigns, check technical drawings for feasibility, and develop production-friendly detailed solutions.

• Material Research & Sourcing: You will research materials and sustainable alternatives for high-quality shop window campaigns.

• Supplier Management & Prototyping: You will manage the exchange with specialized craft businesses and our internal production, obtain comparative offers, and check samples and prototypes for quality and fit for the campaign rollout.

• Calculation & Cost Optimization: You will compare manufacturing processes for series and custom constructions in retail, identify savings potentials in the manufacturing process, and negotiate conditions with suppliers.

• Technical Background: Several years of professional experience in a technical environment with training, master craftsman qualification, or technician qualification in the areas of wood technology, carpentry, technical product design, or advertising technology.

• Purchasing & Supplier Management: Sound practical experience in sourcing, obtaining and comparing offers, and negotiating conditions.

• Material Knowledge & Aesthetic Standards: In-depth knowledge of wood, metal, and plastics, as well as a feel for high-end details.

• Calculation & Cost Optimization: Affinity for numbers to independently determine manufacturing costs, evaluate manufacturing processes, and identify savings potentials.

• Language & Communication Skills: Solution-oriented demeanor and fluent German and good English for coordination with international suppliers and internal teams.
