Technical Production Coordinator

Pour a renowned watchmaking company located on the Geneva square, we are currently looking for a Quality Animator (M/F). Introduction For our Production division, we are seeking a Technical Coordinator for New Products & SAV. His main mission will be to provide technical support and coordinate the introduction of new products into production, ensuring the interface between the Industrialization service, management, and New Products. Responsibilities - Coordinate the passage of new products and SAV according to the production plan. - Ensure the relevance of our product range (ensure having the necessary tools and documents for production). - Participate in project risk analyses. - Realize the exploitation balance of a new product's homologation in collaboration with the Project team. - Validate the transition to series production of new products in collaboration with the Project team. - Ensure good coordination between the Project respondents, operators, industrialization, and scheduling teams. - Represent the sector in new product and SAV instances. - Ensure communication with management. - Set up (in collaboration with scheduling) a rigorous follow-up of qualification orders in the workshop. - Animate Project instances in the sector. Profile - Technician ES diploma or Microtechnology Engineer - First experience in the industrial field required - Ability to analyze and synthesize important data - Pronounced team spirit, listening, rigorous - Excellent written and oral communication - Watchmaking experience and project management skills: an asset - Ability to take a step back on complex projects and flows - Good resistance to stress, flexible, and reactive If your profile corresponds, don't hesitate to apply online!
