Job Description: Technical Product Specialist Department: Sales & Application Location: Bangalore Reporting To: R&D Head NeoDx is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge R&D and the market. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a scientist—someone who speaks the language of Molecular Biology, understands the nuances of RT-PCR, and can act as a technical partner to our customers. Roles & Responsibility 1.Field Engagement & Distribution: The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with field teams, distributors, and customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. This includes identifying opportunities for product development and improvement. 2.Product Knowledge: The Technical Product Specialist will be expected to have in-depth knowledge of our products and technologies, including molecular biology, PCR, and other relevant areas. 3.Customer Support: The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training as needed. 4.Sales Enablement: The Technical Product Specialist will work closely with the sales team to develop product knowledge and enable them to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers. 5.R&D Collaboration: The successful candidate will collaborate with R&D teams to identify opportunities for product development and improvement. This includes providing input on product requirements, testing, and validation. 6.Market Intelligence: The Technical Product Specialist will gather market intelligence to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. 7.Reporting & Analysis: The successful candidate will provide regular reports and analysis to the R&D Head on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
