Technical Product Specialist (m/f/d) Robotics Security - Achern

Do you want to help shape innovative IT, automation, and robotics solutions for demanding security applications? In the Robotics Competence Center, you will accompany products and systems technically throughout their entire lifecycle – from evaluating new technologies and supporting product development to integration and support.

• You will technically support our robotics security systems and contribute your expertise to product management.
• You will monitor technological developments in IT, automation, and robotics, evaluate new products, and derive technical impulses for the further development of our portfolio.
• You will capture technical requirements from the market, projects, and operations, structure them, and coordinate them with product management and development.
• You will support product development from conception to launch, examine solution approaches for technical feasibility, and work with development teams, suppliers, and international technology partners.
• You will design, integrate, and administer IT and software systems in Linux and Windows environments.
• You will plan and accompany system and integration tests, evaluate results, analyze complex error patterns, and take over 3rd-level support.
• You will coordinate technical interfaces with internal specialist departments and ensure reliable information flow regarding requirements, technical solutions, and development statuses.
• You will maintain product and system data and create documentation for operations, support, and knowledge transfer.

• Completed IT training or IT degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in the technical support and further development of IT or software products as well as in collaboration with development teams
• Experience in the conception, integration, or administration of IT and software systems, ideally with a connection to automation
• Ability to systematically capture technical requirements and clearly coordinate them with product management, development, and other interfaces
• Good knowledge of network technology and experience with Linux and Windows systems
• Fluent German and proficient English skills
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude, openness to new topics, and the ability to think beyond your own specialist area
• Occasional travel readiness of approximately two to three days per month, for example for supplier visits, trade fairs, or product presentations
• The main place of work is our site in Mempretshofen
