Technical Product Owner

We are growing our Platform Engineering team and are recruiting for a Technical Product Owner role (fixed term) with the possibility to be extended and become permanent. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and driving the development of key features and products within our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product management to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will also have the chance to collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and priorities. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and using this knowledge to inform product decisions. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize product features and roadmaps. • Working closely with engineering teams to ensure that products are developed in accordance with customer needs and business priorities. • Providing input on the development of product requirements and acceptance criteria. • Ensuring that products meet customer needs, are scalable, and align with our overall business strategy. • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and priorities. • Collaborating with other Technical Product Owners to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving our platform. The ideal candidate will have: • A strong understanding of software development methodologies and Agile principles. • Experience working in a product ownership or similar role, preferably in a technology company. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. • A passion for delivering customer-centric solutions that meet customer needs.
