Technical Product Owner

Our customer is a healthcare IT security company. It provides healthcare companies with a platform that addresses critical compliance and security challenges and helps to improve providers' productivity. Job Summary In the role of Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for taking ownership from defined product features through delivery, working with Architecture and Engineering to ensure features are broken down into execution-ready units of work, and driving execution through deliverable products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to ensure that the delivered products meet customer needs and expectations. Key responsibilities include: • Define product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and develop a product roadmap. • Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to break down product features into execution-ready units of work. • Drive execution through deliverable products, ensuring that they meet customer needs and expectations. • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and technical guides. • Identify and prioritize potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and leadership, to ensure that product goals and objectives are aligned.
