We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who combines the skillset of a Product Owner with a solid technical background in DWH/Cloud (Azure, Snowflake), data hosting, and data source integration. You will work on a global Data & Analytics solution for a Client in a business-high visibility environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced PO/Tech PO who comfortably communicates with business and development teams, translating requirements into backlog and priorities. Technically "at home" in topics such as: DWH/ETL architecture, data modeling, SQL/Python, Azure (ADF, DevOps/CI/CD), Snowflake, infrastructure design, and data hosting & storage. Someone who understands data connection and flow between multiple sources (connectivity/integration) and cares about security, performance, and costs. Our client is a leading global technology company that has been developing solutions in the areas of electrification, robotics, automation, and drive systems for years, enriching them with modern digital technologies. The organization operates in dozens of markets, and in Poland, it has been active since the 1990s, running several large engineering and production centers. YOUR SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES Product and roadmap ownership in the Data & Analytics area (backlog management, priorities, sprint goals, transparency) in close cooperation with stakeholders and dev teams. Technical leadership of the development direction: defining and refining platform concepts (RAW/hosting), integration standards, guardrails, and best practices. PoC / technology evaluations (including Snowflake, Azure services) for business requirements and further data platform modernization. Coordination of non-functional aspects: security, privacy, compliance, performance, scalability, and cost-effective data storage and processing. Cross-team collaboration (service owners, architects, dev managers), organizing work sequences, and unblocking delivery. Product analytics and continuous improvement (metrics, insights, improvement proposals). REQUIREMENTS Very good knowledge of DWH/ETL environments, as well as data modeling and profiling. SQL + Python experience in data-related tasks. Practical knowledge of Azure (including Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps/CI/CD) and Snowflake solutions. Understanding of infrastructure design, data hosting/storage, and connecting data from multiple sources. Experience in Agile/DevOps/SAFe methodologies and product leadership in a large organization. Communication and collaboration – working in an international environment, high self-organization, ability to negotiate priorities. English C1 (spoken and written). NICE TO HAVE SAFe PO/PM certification, knowledge of PMI. Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate; MDX/DAX; Data Modeler tools; experience with MS BI (OLAP/Tabular). Awareness of AI/ML in the context of modern data platforms. High intercultural sensitivity and communication in global teams. WE OFFER Cooperation based on a B2B contract. Fully remote work.
