Technical Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner for the development of an enterprise-class web platform for online lotteries. This is a hybrid role in Krakow – working from the office 3 times a week. Scope of Responsibilities System analysis of Aristocrat Interactive's cross-platform products, including backend applications, bonus and promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, security modules, or payment systems. Creation of features, user stories, and requirements documentation (PRD) based on customer needs and product strategy. Analysis and specification of integrations with external systems, including API definition. Collaboration within a technical agile team and with other departments in the organization (Security, Payments, Compliance, etc.). Responsibility for the entire functionality lifecycle – from concept and implementation to performance analysis and further optimization post-release. Market research and competitor analysis for continuous improvement of products and their effectiveness. Requirements Higher education in a relevant field (Computer Science or related). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst. Experience in creating detailed functional and technical documentation. Experience in delivering functionalities and SDKs for mobile applications on iOS and Android. Practical knowledge of agile methodologies in a software or online environment. Experience in collaborating with B2B clients. Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus. Very good command of English, both spoken and written. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Good business acumen and ability to prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact. Proactivity, good work organization, independence, and ability to work on multiple topics simultaneously.
