Technical Product Owner and Delivery Manager

Helion is looking for a professional to operationally lead the HelionData product. The role is internal, full-time, reports directly to the CEO, and ensures quick responses and validations from Helion teams. The person owns the backlog, coordinates internal decisions, and tracks delivery against approved requirements. HelionData integrates automatic data collection, RFID, facial recognition, and AI-based decision support.

• You will own and prioritize the HelionData backlog;
• You will transform business requirements into clear specifications and acceptance criteria;
• You will take over GambIT requests and obtain necessary responses and validations quickly from within Helion;
• You will identify the internal responsible person, set the deadline, and escalate before a decision blocks the project;
• You will communicate consolidated, clear, and non-contradictory answers to GambIT;
• You will verify documentation and testing, and coordinate the acceptance of deliverables;
• You will maintain a record of decisions and report weekly on the causes of delays and recovery measures.
  

• A minimum of five years in a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or IT Delivery Manager role;
• Experience in developing and delivering B2B or enterprise software products;
• Experience in coordinating internal teams and an external software development vendor;
• The ability to discuss concretely about APIs, databases, integrations, testing, and backlogs;
• Firmness in decision-making, discipline in documentation, and clear communication with technical and business teams;
• Professional English language proficiency.
  

• A role with real authority over a strategic product for the company;
• Direct reporting to the CEO and quick access to business and technology decision-makers;
• Position available in Oradea or Bucharest; for the Bucharest base, periodic travel to Oradea is required;
• Gross salary between 22,000 and 28,000 lei per month, set based on experience;
