Role Overview: As a Technical Product Manager (TPM) , you will own one or more digital products within the Port, Shipping or Corporate domains. You are accountable for defining the product vision, roadmap, and requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: • Define and prioritize product features and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders; • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends; • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop products that meet customer needs; • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning; • Provide input on product pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies; • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business and its operations; • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and cost savings; • Collaborate with other departments to drive innovation and growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry; • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies; • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to learn new technologies quickly; • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering; • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends; • Certification in product management or related field is an advantage.
