Technical Product Manager Operations & Platform (m/w/d)

We are one of the leading platforms for refurbished E-Bikes in Germany. We connect professionally refurbished bicycles with a scalable e-commerce and operations platform that digitally represents the entire life cycle of an E-Bike – from purchase and refurbishment to storage, shipping, and settlement until after-sales.

Our system landscape consists, among other things, of Commercetools as the core e-commerce platform, our own frontend, and Microsoft Business Central as the central ERP system with individual extensions and integrations in logistics, payment, and financial systems.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a focus on Operations (m/w/d) to further develop this platform.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for the further development of the entire product and system landscape. This includes, in particular, the ERP system based on Microsoft Business Central, the e-commerce platform, and the frontend.
• You maintain a structured product and system roadmap and prioritize initiatives between feature development, system stability, and technical further development.
• You steer the PED team (Product, Engineering, and Design) technically and coordinatively. This includes planning capacities, defining goals, and establishing clear working processes between the involved teams.
• You work closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Management together, take on requirements, structure them, and translate them into Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• You build key figures for the platform and operations and use these for transparent control and prioritization.

Qualifikation

• You have experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable role.
• You have a very good understanding of modern e-commerce architectures and system landscapes in general.
• You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Business Central.
• You have already worked with development teams and external service providers and feel comfortable in technical discussions.
• You work structured, independently, and responsibly.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in e-commerce/D2C environment
• Praxis with Commercetools and basic understanding of JS-based development
• Knowledge in BI or reporting tools.
